"All I want to do is do it !!" … Kevin and Perry (Harry Enfield and Kathy Burke- Yes a woman playing a male role- and believe me the laughs don’t stop there), embark on their teenage dream to become DJ's and attempt to get laid along the way. The boys charged with hormones, and the constant erections are heading off to Ibiza (a world full of hot chicks and the worlds best DJ masters). Joining this little venture is Kevin’s parents, and like most teenagers - parents just get in the way.

Full of humour this U.K. box office smash is sure to deliver a few laughs, not to be taken too seriously, as it’s just a lot of fun. I most liked Perry’s small crush on Kevin’s Mum, Mrs Patterson.

So how does this transfer hold up?

VIDEO
The 1.77:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer was quite colourful and notably clear.

There are no film artefacts or digital artefacts to speak off including aliasing, shimmering or mpeg artefacts.

The colour was bright and held a broad spectrum throughout the film, most prevalent in the nightclub scenes. I did not see any grain and was impressed with the sharpness of the transfer, but given its recent vintage I would expect nothing less.

AUDIO
The Dolby Digital 5.1 audio track was quite impressive, right from the start, including the menu set-up- as a rare 5.1 channel mix offers a true atmosphere to the feel of the film. The .1 factor really rocks hard especially during the nightclub sequences with an even balance of audio for the surround - again quite atmospheric.

Dialogue was clear and easy to understand throughout
