in
Blackadder Series 1 and Series 2
Now available on DVD
It was a cunning plan – to restock the sold out
Blackadder Series 1 on DVD and, at the same time, release the complete Blackadder
Series 2 on DVD. Blackadder fans all over Australia went berserk after the complete Blackadder
Series 1 DVD was snapped up leaving DVD shelving bare and many pairs of medieval
tights down around the ankles in disbelief.
Now the plan has borne fruit! The
filthy genes of the serpentine Blackadder have proved unstoppable once again as they
insinuate themselves into the world of leading-edge DVD technology. Blackadder Series 1
and Blackadder Series 2 on DVD boasts Dolby Digital sound and a range of special
features including graphical menus, scene selection and English and foreign language
subtitles.
Accompanied by that rabble of
characters we all know and love, including bottom-breath Baldrick, pea-brain Percy and, of
course, Lord Blackadder himself – a man cursed from youth by a deformed haircut and
sporting a particularly evil pair of tights, Blackadder Series 1 and Blackadder
Series 2 on DVD will most certainly claim their wrongful place in history –
again!
